We had a fantastic experience at Sapa Alley Homestay. the owner and staff were incredibly friendly and spoke excellent English. the breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. We also enjoyed dinner at the homestay, which was reasonably priced and tasty. We upgraded our room to one with a beautiful mountain view, which we loved waking up to each morning. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. the location in the city center was convenient yet peaceful at night. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
Nothing - all excellent! 👍.

The owner of the hotel was very friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to store our luggage while we went on a trekking tour and even provided us with a shower afterwards. The breakfast provided was simple but delicious. the location of the hotel was great as it was centrally located and close to attractions. We were also able to rent a scooter nearby, which was convenient for exploring the area.
One downside of the hotel was that it did not have an elevator, so we had to climb stairs to reach our room. This may be challenging for guests with mobility issues.

Absolutely mind-blowing experience at this place! Juliana, the wealth of knowledge about the area, ensured that we had the most incredible time in SaPa. The location is jaw-dropping, tucked away on a lantern-lit back street and close to all the attractions. The staff is super friendly and helpful, resolving any transport problems we had without any hassle. The rooms are spacious, clean, and have brand new bathrooms. The breakfast choices, with a mix of local and Western options, were fantastic. We also booked a trek through them and got an amazing guide at a great price. Can't recommend this place enough - such a great value for money!

Stayed at this place, they had a terrace for me to park my fancy car, and even a restaurant and bar for me to indulge in some posh dining and drinking.
It's a shame their sleeping bus isn't up to my high standards, but oh well, guess I should have brought my own private transport.

Great value for the money. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a hot shower, kettle, and coffee. The location was perfect, right in the middle of the bustling restaurant and bar area, yet surprisingly quiet at night.
The breakfast selection could have been better.
